well actually my friend he didnt block me because i can still go on his profile but he like ignored me he doesnt know how to undo it like i cant message him or comment or anything do u know what he did please help

You probably are blocked, it's just that your friend doesn't have a private profile so you can see like anyone. To unblock go to Settings/Privacy/click on Blocked Users list and uncheck blocked user(s).

the settings are in the account settings. you will have to look around and set for allowing contacts.
