nope,

it hasn't been phished.

The SAME EXACT thing is happing to me and all the myspace users,

just log out, and wait for them to fix it.

The best thing to do is log out and try changing your password.

The same thing happened to me. The spam/phising is becoming more sophisticated everyday. If that doesn't work you may need to jump ship and delete your account and start fresh avoiding spam!
