How do i get a music profile?

That means you have to start a new account. Converting is no longer possible.

You click on the Music link on the navigation bar on the home page, then on the far right there is a button that says "Artist Sign Up"

You have to start a new profile. It isn't possible to convert a Myspace profile into a Music one.
To make a music profile just click on the Music link on the Myspace menu.
