if you mean a picture that you have in your hands, scan it into your computer, save it and upload it on myspace. If you mean one that they have on their profile, right click it, save as, and upload it on your myspace. That's how I got my yahoo avatar on there. Hope this helps.

to get to someone else's pics from your profile you would have to have them listed as a friend in your friends list or do a search for them and go to their page from there.
