Do you think myspace is overrated. I think so because why do you want to have one so you can talk to friends and family members that you see everyday or every other day. To post picture of yourself and pictures of trips you had with your friends, just so you can tell them you had fun that day. Didn't you say that the day of the trip to your friends face? I think its more for people who have like a business interests.

I used to have a myspace ... then I deleted it. It slowed down my comptuer and was just really sketchy in general.

I got a facebook, you're more connected to your high school with facebook. You can find old friends very easily, because unlike myspace your user name is yuor real name... not like 'xoxo britt %26lt;3'. your old friends that go to private schools you can easily reconncet with!

I don't have a MySpace, but I have a profile on another website, Bebo, because my friends do... I don't live in the same town as my friends, and some of them live really far away, so it's nice to be able to leave them messages every now and then.

I dont think so. I have friends that have moved off across the state, one is in the military and is over seas. Not to mention the fact that friends that I thought were long gone after moving around so much, managed to look me up and get in touch with me.

I also like to keep up with the touring schedules of my favorite bands and know what the local shows in my town are.

im a teenager.... we switch from elementry to middle and middle to high.... some of our friends end up going to diff schools in the process and myspace is a way to keep in touch and over the summer when we don't see our friends as much or when they go out of town if they don't have cells we can talk on myspace plus its a good way to meat new ppl

閳?I have a myspace and I use it to talk to family %26amp; friends. I live in NJ and all my family lives in DE.... just as well as my friends. I also have located people that I haven't seen since I was a little girl [[that are all over the USA]]. I love posting pics so all my other friends can see what I'm up to and wutnot. I communicate with everyone through myspace. I think its overrated in the drama department, but it just depends on how you use it.

While I do believe Myspace is over rated for reasons like the extreme amount of time it consumes if you let it and how much people talk about it, Myspace is helpful when communicating with friends, even ones you see everyday. It is cheaper than cell phone minutes (in general) and more convenient and common. Just leaving a comment to make plans or leave a quick message about something you forgot to tell your close friend is extremely easy and useful.
