like this one guy is it possible for him to find out my IP number through my myspace and the comments i leave etc

Yes it is very possible, hackers can do most anything and find most anything on myspace.com. If you are having trouble with this one person, you need to delete your myspace.com and then don't sign in on it for at least one week. You then can sign up under a new ID if that is what you want. Oh yeah, the problem with myspace is it has very poor interanl security and that is why you are being stalked by this hacker.
You should not also link to your friends as he can link to their sights also. Good Luck
